The mind behind the massive Japanese brand A Bathing Ape, Nigo has unveiled his newest lookbook for his Mr. Bathing Ape collection. The Mr. Bathing Ape collection exists as an upscale, professional alternative to the avant-garde and artistic aesthetic of the main BAPE collection yet the various infusions of the Japanese street fashion and American influences that gave birth to the BAPE brand is still apparent in the camoflauge-colored ties, thick gold chains, and graphic tees that complement the tailored pinstriped three-piece suits, sophisticated oxford shoes, and clean pocket squares that populate the collection. Mr. Bathing Ape also has a collection of denim and t-shirts which gives a casual edge to the otherwise refined image. The collection is sold exclusively at United Arrows, the famous Harajuku retailer in Tokyo. Check out photos.

The British Are Coming
Who said Americans have all the style? A group of fashionable creative individuals based in London whose ambitions are as impressive of the site they've come together to create, Yin & Yang. The characters the site is named after are just as interesting.Yin comes from Niran, a creative advertising student in London who is a self-proclaimed Japanophile and future music label entrepreneur and Yang is Ernest, also a creative advertising student who loves photography and is hoping to work in public relations. The site also is supported by group of equally cutting-edge artists or "The Family", as they call themselves comprising Leona, an aspiring singer and tv personality, Olive, a Brooklynite fashion designer, DJB, a London music and fashion enthusiast, Yemi, a basketball-playing poet and dancer going to school in Maryland, and Jazz a hip-hop loving web designer from London.

The people over at oficM certainly do and they say it oh-so-well. Links Roundup – Abbey Lee Kershaw in Vogue China by Coûte Que Coûte
If beauty is skin deep, then ugly is to the bone. Nothing could be more aesthetically displayed than Vogue China’s spread of Abbey Lee Kershaw “Skin Deep”, styled by Nicoletta Santoro and shot by Hedi Slimane. I’ve been looking at spreads from international versions of American fashion magazines and I have to say I’ve been impressed with the talent. Granted, it is a little strange that Elle Japan covers and Vogue Hommes Japan don’t have Japanese or Chinese celebrities on their covers but they are as skilled in capturing beauty as any American issue of Vogue. I will say that the main difference between American and International issues are the nature of the photographs. American magazines use their photo spreads as a means of setting a standard for the readers, inspiring them to what levels of beauty they should aspire. International magazines use fashion photography for more artistic and experimental purposes as seen in this shoot.
