Trey Songz Does VIBE

Trey Songz appears on the cover of this month's issue of VIBE magazine accompanied by a photo spread and article titled "The Joy of Sex". The 25-year-old R&B heartthrob born Tremaine Aldon Neverson is taking over radio stations and televisions across the nation with his album Ready which topped the Billboard chart at number 3. In his interview, Songz speaks about his newfound sex appeal and how the media has now rocketed him into sex symbol stardom which has been uncannily causing him to attract older female fans and admirers. The photos of Trey Songz within his spead are sure to ignite a few hearts in female readers and perhaps a little bit of envy with VIBE's male readers. Trey Songz appeared on the scene in 2005 with his single "I Gotta Make It", then released his second album Trey Day in 2007, which peaked at number 11 on the Billboard charts. With his present album, Trey Songz is enjoying a fame and attention that none of his previous singles or albums has yielded. Ready's sound is much more mature and sultry with songs such as "I Invented Sex", "Jupiter Love", "LOL ;)", and the well-heard Drake collaboration "Successful" which earned him a Soul Train Award nomination in 2009. Songz was also nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Contemporary R&B Album with Ready. Below are the photos from his interview spread.
